BMF Academy - fitness instruction courses
The BMF Academy provides a range of courses to civillians, and to ex-military who are looking for a career in fitness and want to work in gyms, as a freelance personal trainer, or at British Military Fitness.
We deliver courses that are widely recognised within the fitness industry, through bodies such as Active IQ.
We currently deliver:
Active IQ Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instruction.
Active IQ Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training.
Active IQ Level 3 Diploma in Personal Training.
REPs Level 4 Award in Strength and Conditioning.

I've completed my Strength & Conditioning level 4.
Andy is a great teacher he helps me a lot during the course. He knows exactly how to explain the coaching material that everybody will understand it.
The structure of the course is super! Every weekend a new module with practical and theoretical parts.
